The office is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Calls are answered in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Messages are returned within 24-48 hours business hours, (current patients can call our office for instructions in psychiatric emergencies or call 911).
NEW PATIENTS: Please call 512-495-9556 for an appointment time. You will be instructed to call your insurance company and complete the required information on the Insurance Verification Form. Also, please complete the Patient Registration Form and fax (512-495-9774) or email (email@example.com) BOTH completed forms to our office at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (or we will be unable to hold your appointment time). Please also complete the Consent for Treatment Form, and HIPAA Acknowledgement page and bring to your appointment. If the patient is a child, please choose either the Child History Form or the Autism Evaluation Intake Form to complete and bring to your first appointment.
NEW AND ESTABLISHED PATIENTS: Please call 495-9556 for cancellations and requests to reschedule. If the administrative assistant is not available, please leave a voicemail and we will retrieve it promptly.
Please note that our office must be notified of cancellations or need to reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full standard fee for the session (not your insurance contracted rate or copay).
